He has been a Mining & Resources focused investment banking, M&A, and Corporate Development Professional with over 16 years of global mining experience. Apart from being a mining corporate advisory professional, he is also a mining engineer. With his mining transactions experience coupled with a mining technical background, he adds value to his clients in their growth story by advising in asset development, value creation strategies, fund raising through various structures, JVs and M&As.

In his recent stint, he was with Dubai/Africa-based Mining Group heading their Group Corporate Development and Fund Raising, previously with London-based Mining focused Corporate Advisory firm as an Associate Director for over 5 years.

Pawan has successfully executed over US$500mn mining transactions globally, across equity, debt, streaming, JVs and M&A transactions. Pawan is currently a strategic advisor to TSX & ASX listed mining companies advising in fund raising.
